From the training of crew to the vessel operations, we provide technical assistance that leads to optimal vessel performance and reliability.

For each new wessel, we offer extended warranty support. We regularly visit our customers during the warranty period, whether there is a problem or not. And if there is a problem, Merré has the right procedures, the mens and the skills to solve it quickly.

Upon delivery, each customer is entered into our warranty procedure and has entrusted the After Sale Manager. That way, you can count on us for everything you need.

Our team works closely with all of our suppliers, enabling us to access any additional knowledge or experience that may be required.
With our worldwide service network, we can provide the right person for the job.

We provide solutions for all areas of expertise, including :

  • Technical survey : diagnosis of required maintenance actions
  • Maintenance : preventive and corrective
