CIB joins Merré within BMA Group

The Meunier group, ledby François Meunier, President, and the BMA group, together with his President Moun Bourjij and François Martin, his Managing Director, finalized BMA group's takeover of the Chaudronnerie industrielle de Bretagne (CIB) shipyard. In addition to his participation in the capital of the Mecasoud shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, BMA group holds Merré shipyard in Nort-sur-Erdre, as well as Forminox boilerwork in Vertou. All of these companies form a French industrial group with a strong export presence.
CIB shipyard was funded in 1970 and employs about 20 employees. It generates an annual turnover of 5 million euros with the construction of steel and aluminum ships.
